Website is down and customer service isn't answering emails. I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes for a reply in the past. I'm getting more concerned as time goes by.
You don't have to take a website offline to update it. You build the new one on another server and switch instantly when it's ready. At the very least you post a message on the site that explains what's happening. Right now, all I see is "server not found".
At worst, FinFx is gone with my money. At best, they're wrecking their reputation and possibly losing a long term customer. This is inexcusable.
