Yes, but you are taking all the rights steps !!

I spent far too long educating myself, but it is paying dividends now.

I guess that came from my previous professional backround

Why thankyou!

I really like your strategy of using the pull-back of the stochs to enter a trade and detect fake-outs. Those two items are well worth a Forex Grammy

I am not telling you to teach basic to the members of this forum but the right money management techniques and your trading style with this system as you are the most oldest member of your system and you can show the right trading style to use this system.

And, this is not for me but for the most of the traders who are facing the problem to execute a system correctly.

mazprofx.
Maz believe me ... it isn't worth.

Even if RJ should write down "HIS" own rules and gave them to 10 traders they would achieve completely different outcomes. Some of them would be profitable and some would wipe out their account.

Every one has to find his own way and this is different for each of us...... when you will understand this you will be a step ahead.

ciao

Yep...pesky SL sweeping going on there. Never mind....stopped at +1 is ok. It's always a risk holding a trade through high impact news

My plan was to see what happened at the Pivot, and if the PA continues I would scale in another trade and head for S1. The plan was good, the SL sweep was a bit more brutal than I expected. Such is life.....I lost nothing (+1 lol) so on to the next one

Edit: That should have been S1 and S2...not the Pivot and S1

Yes, I lost 2 pips slippage but my intent was if it looked like a good downer to shift TP below pivot but it all went a little too fast for that ...lol
Top of my white board says don't chase price but I admit to be like a dog wanting to chase that car at present..... ruff ruff!

Wow someone is reading this thread thoroughly !! Impressive.

There are a lot of gems in it.

I once read, you want to look for a sell on a lower TF, while strong buy conditions on a HTF.

Another term for it is "Liquidity Freeup", shaking out all the tight stops, before a big move.

EJ showed it perfectly, before the recent move.

I waited for the break of DP, only 25 pips but I had strong signals
