Hello Everyone, and Happy New year 2013! SSBO has just crossed the 18-month threshold, and I'm happy to report that we are still teaching and trading with the exact same system as outlined on the first page! Which has to be a Forex Factory 1st.

The last few days I've been sick as a dog, so if you've been wondering why I was so hard to get hold of, that's why. My fever broke a few hours ago and I'm able to keep food down again, so the worst seems to be over. I'll still need a couple of days to get all the way right, so bear with me...

As a long time follower of this thread and saw the trade that Dojirock entered. I could not fathom why. NO CZ, just appears he chose a place where he believes it will reverse. Yes it may suddenly shoot up 100 pips, but the purpose of this thread is to follow the SSBO method, not to confuse students like myself with random trades based on other methods..

ok, im confused, what is this bash dojirock? What do you mean there is no CZ? Look again! My settings are after 3 closed bars outside of CZ. So I went short. I dont understand what your talking about and I assume FXhard was kidding with me?

Brownturtle, you know my success with my other method of trading. I would not disrespect FXhard by bringing that to this forum. THIS IS ABOUT SSBO. I am very clear on that and only trade that here in my pics.

How long is that, exactly? Ironically, you are critiquing one of my regulars without allowing us the same courtesy. That's really bad manners where I come from. Im just here to try to help, feel free to ask questions if your unsure. The 3 bar close increased my success rates for this pair. That is the reason why I use the 3 bar close currently on this pair. It can be different on each pair and or time frame.

Hi folks and happy new year.

I've attached 3 charts no particular reason why I chose these three but I have to admit that EURAUD is a particular favorite. I just thought they paint a rather pretty picture. I'm still tweaking EURJPY as you will notice I'm not quite there with a 1:1 ratio (it's very nearly 1:1 and is profitable but theres magic dust somewhere to sprinkle on the settings. Anyway the order is as follows.

USDJPY
EURAUD
EURJPY

I'm determined to start conrtibuting more but have quite a few things to juggle at the minute.

I'll try and remember to post my GBPJPY chart later which has a QTP of 200% with interesting results.
