You can check the site of an active TMS member here, dcginc. He's got some good videos and articles about trading with the TDI, focusing on H4 and H1.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. My short on euro turned out to be quite successful. But definitely my skill needs a little tweak.

Sorry Quezoy,

I spent a while searching through his blog on my cell phone but I couldn't find it. Can u quickly direct me to the TDI training vedio if possible. I don't have computer with me now it sucks to be sitting in a boring meeting for a whole day!

Thanks
Scott

Just came back from holiday shopping after market closed today and found I have probly missed a good opportunity for a long on the pound. What you guys think. is it okay to get in? cuz it just bounced back up right from the 50% fib line. and indicators look awesome.

Or maybe some of you might say, the tdi red line is not above the MBL yet, so still have to wait for a bit.

One hour chart, if you see anything like what i see here, just get the hell in and catch the last bus.
Long Aussie and just got out. MONEY IN THE BANK! Not to show off here, just want let everybody know that you don't have to strictly follow the rules here at all time.

If you trade a system you HAVE TO follow the rules strictly.

Setup:

4 hour chart Stochastic (8,3,3)
1 hour chart Stochastic (5,3,3)
TDI indicator
Moving Average 10
Heikin Ashi Indicator
Trading Instructions:

When the green line (TDI) crosses the red line, enter a trade
Confirm it with the stochastic indicator (showing momentum upwards or downwards)
Confirm it with the Moving Average indicator (bar should be above MA for LONG and below MA for SHORT)
Heikin Ashi should be GREEN for LONG and RED for SHORT.

i had a look at your chart aud/usa you said you did not follow the set up so are we looking at a bounce trade? it look like a bounce trade to me,

AUD 1HR charts shows divergent against TDI, to me that's a short.

And GBP definately a short on 4HR chart.

I shorted both. Not quite there for Aussie, but i believe it ll go down because i do trust "momentum" in indicator actions.

To my opinion, YES, it is very important to follow the rules, BUT i do believe that we have to be a bit flexible with our rules.

People were talking about TMS method as confirmation of other methods, unless this is the only gun that you have on the table, then be flexible. Human brains right? Rules are meant to be broken sometimes

For the cable, 4HR chart looks like it's a keep for the short. Take a look at the 1HR chart, guys considering it a bounce?

Or at least, it is going to be a bounce in a couple of hours?

Hi All,
My first post on here bn trading for about a year still very green though. Just a question with this system, I downloaded the indicators & templates for this but my up Heiken Ashi candles are white. I change them to green and save in a template but if I close a chart or change the time frame they go back to white. Any way I can change this permanently or is there a download to keep them green. Sorry not a big problem but just my preference. Thanks for the awesome info & thread here too.

I have been following this thread for about 7 months and what I have observed is the method is simple and works. I have made money from the basics and when we deviate from the basics we cause problems for ourselves. So for 2013 I will follow the rules as set forth without deviating from the rule.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE
and Many GREEN PIPS

Do you think it is better to trade this on one or two pairs as opposed to say seven or eight?
