GFT - is it still a solid broker?

helloo,

is GFT still solid? I have an account with UK division, so far I like them.
but since they closed their retail biz in US and Japan , and I have worries all over mind.

their exit has so many stories, inability to meet new CFTC capital requirements is one as they use same pool to meet other regulation requirements.
Another story , it's all about unrealistic deadline set by CFTC for GFT and that caused the delay in market opening two weeks ago for about two hours
and the subsequent decision to leave retail biz in USA and Japan ( they say japanese accounts are served from the US)

What do you think?

I do not know, I was so upset...I closed my acc with GFT UK

I didn't close my account with them.
I like their trading platform and tools.
Although I'm worried , but I rely on UK's FSA strict regulation.
