Politicians in full control in the latest light sessions of the year. Shame on both parties and welcome to the group/circus of clowns with the EU/EZ counterparts that have make a joke out of the markets this year.

During 2012 people have complained a lot about CB and QEs but my vote for worse management of the economy is by far to the politicians across all ponds (us, Europe and Japan)... 2 thumbs down and hopefully they will get out of the markets way next year....

In any case, nothing new across the board since we got the no deal confirmation before Christmas. After Reid today we are finally testing the lows of the algo's sell off last week in the ES but this time with actual market action. For 9th time in the last 3 weeks, all main markets in the launching platforms to final targets ...but we only need fiscal cliff news to clear. ES in full control, dollar just moving as collateral via risk....

There are only few hours left for the cliff so we can get a last tweet at any time. The end of the year in 4 numbers, ES 1399.xx to 1480 and Euro 1.322x to 1.334x.....

I must admit that you have been extremely patience with that 1387.xx. Now it's widely open intraday ... Let's see if we get a test ...it will qualify for a nomination for the swing call of the year if it's the one..... Gl ...here, not trigger shy at all if we get the FA trigger ... Let see

RUT awards 2012

As once every few months my 2 cents for the FF community. I am pleased to announce the now "traditional" and most influential (not really is the 1st time) 2012 RUT awards are open for nominations and as pledged to Ken will be announced during the next few days until the end of the year.

The selections are as democratic and open as this thread ...so is not open to everybody, lots of posters and threads maybe overlook (as I don't track all FF) but hopefully will provide some laughs and an informal review of some of the good the bad and the ugly in FF.

The 3 main categories are: traders, threads and markets. Feel free to trash, contribute, make fun, suggest, nominate (especially this), ignore or whatever you feel like it with the Awards posts..all FF posters and threads are automatically included in the nominations and any awards can be added until the final decision .... Let see how it goes.... Here is the 1st categoriy awards ..more to come later:
