Tell me, please, what features of the Genesis Matrix Tradingto the TF D1?
Which indicators should be?
Are there any special settings?

In order to use many trading systems successfully, a lot of practice with them is required. Fire up a trade simulator and start practicing. Then you will be able to work out the details. Nobody is going to do that for you.

Thank you!
I will experiment.

It is clear: Nobody is going to do that for me.

I thought that somewhere already have templates or settings for TF D1.
I'm just asking.
Perhaps what has been done and someone can tell me where.

All working fine here with the DLL allowed and yes, single comma (no extra space) between the symbols. Great job (yet) again.
Hi Olivierforex,

How can you put more currencies on the Matrix Signals?

Thank you!

Hi,
In the 'input' tab, double click on the 'Symbol.List' line and add whatever extra symbol you want but:
.they must be in the exact format that you broker uses (_EurUsd or EurUsd or _EurUsdm...)
.I think it's 19 or 20 symbols maximum

Hi Xaphod

I've coded a little, but looking at what you've done here, I can only dream. Great stuff, really!

I wanted to ask if you are still looking in and can answer a couple of questions I have about the code for the indicators and perhaps offer a little assistance with a coding challenge. Let me know. Thanks so much.

Xaphod,

Do your remarks below about your Stoch-MTF vs #MTF-Stoch also apply to MTF-Stoch v2.1 in Post #3654 below?

http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...08#post5983508

So yours is still more accurate?

Athar.

Quoting Xaphod
The Stoch-MTF draws the line to the last lower time-frame candle. It gives a more accurate real-time representation.

The #MTF Stochastic draws the line to the first lower time-frame candle. It looks better in hindsight . It also gets the crossover wrong.

Having not used the MTF-Stoch v2.1, I do not know the answer to your question.
However, you can put them all up on a chart and see how they behave.

Hi Xaphod,
Thanx so much for the indicators you have programmed for us.

Could I please ask for a small adjustment?
Would it be possible to have an alert when one has 2 or more timeframes matching on the GTMS indicators? So for instance, I have 5Min, 30Min, 1Hr tapes on my chart and would like an alert when the 5Min and the 1Hr tapes are in the same colour.

Could you please include this on your next update?
Cheers

You are welcome.

The GMTS Dashboard has alerts that function as you want.

Hi Xaphod,

Wish you a pipping green year ahead!

I have a small request. I am using TMS histogram and Genesis histogram.
Could you make an arrow indicator that combines both TMS and Genesis?
Only on the first match up in TMS and Genesis is a valid entry signal.
I have attached a screenshot. Hope you will look into it.

Thanks

Hi Xaphod,
Hope you're well
I'm trying to change my D Period settings on my Stoch Tape but can't seem to find where to do this. I've had a look at the source code and can't see anything.
Can you please help?
Thanx

It does not use the D period. The stoch tape simply shows if the main stochastic line is sloping up/down or is overbought/oversold. It does not show if the main(K) and signal(D) have crossed.

Hi, Xaphod. I have a question regarding 'linear interpolation' in your MTF indicators. Is this simply a smooting method for better look? Does this have any drawback? If without it, what will the indicator look like? I am seeing some other Mtf indis and find some has kinda interpolation or smoothing, while some others don't.
