In the picture, Sam said that the circle1 area is "illusion fresh area" because it is a pull back area many times ( in regtangle area ).
So, do we need to look back to the left when we find a new fresh area as well ? In your PDF, you mention that we don't have to look back to the history.
That's why I am confuse now. Please kindly explain.

Thx
Kong

Another pic from Sam's webminar, he said that the red circle area is not a good supply zone but I don't know why.
Please explain it because I think it's just a fresh supply level as well.

Thx

Hi Ken,

After one year following the Supply and Demand method now I'm improving slowly. I'm mostly trading on EU and also checking the GU chart and trading when I have free time after my working hours. Mostly 1 or 2 trades per week I'm focusing right now but I want to go for more, may be 4 - 5 trades per week.

Can you please tell me what other pairs your trading, so I can check that too for awhile before start trading on them.

Thanx in Advance,
Ishara

the place they would buy is clear and should be for us as well allowing us to join the ride and bank some profit but because it is late don't always expect to get massive gains . Look for the clear targets on the longer time frames those are the goals.
Hi Ken,

I couldn't follow your thread for last 3 months because of my job and now I have more time to follow you again. I have seen now your putting more long time frame charts(mostly 4H) unlike before. Even I have read/followed some Sam Seiden's articles and webinars recently, and got to know we have to check long term charts for trends and trade on short term charts to minimize the risk.

So can you please tell me how your doing this now? how your checking on long term time frame charts and trade on short term charts?

Thanx in Advance,

Took this short on a MO for a 2 lot. Then added my position with a second 2 lot.. We are trading the 15M so not looking for a large pip move, hence the reason for the position size. R/R is 2:1

Ventured from s/d trading for a while but have renewed interest after seeing C-12's thread. Not looking to trade 1M charts but after reading the recently added PDF I want to give it a whirl again.

Happy New Year!

Busting through levels. Drilled down to 15M chart. Seems to be some supply here. If it breaks this one then I'm out. Any comments appreciated.

Definitely worth a shot.

I'm still short from last week but there were some bullish clues on the H4 (also price bounced off 50% fib on daily swing) so not much to stop it running quickly up to here. Let's see if we can get a meaningful down move now.

Here's what I am seeing on the GBP..

1) Preasure is to the up side
2) looking at the weekly we have a series of HL's starting back on 1/19/2009 to a point 5/28/2012
3) Looking at the Drop-Base-Rise pattern we se a level on the weekly @ 7214 area which also happens to be a 50% FIB area
4) We have a second level @ 8315 area which also happens to be a 61.8% FIB area
5) We have had several touches of the 6254 S/R line.. I would call this an S/R line not a S/D level.. The S/D levels is 6451and 6643 ( IMHO ) on the Daily
5) PA is consolidating into a very tight triangle that again has higher lows contained in the BASE of the pattern.. Think in terms of patterns within patterns. Where is the preasure coming from. This can help in determining what direction may be best...

Just some thoughts

Good trading to all

Here's what I am seeing on the GBP..
I'm not very good at directional price predictions but I think GBP does look like heading higher longer term. However, near term I'm not so certain.

Also looking at the EU (GBPUSD and EURUSD tend to follow a similar direction), price hit daily supply and has been showing a lot of signs of rejection on the H4. A lot of strong bearish bars into a demand level that has been revisit many times.

Not much of a fib user but price hasn't retraced much of it's up move here but I do think this is also heading much higher longer term.

Hi,

1, Can I assume the trend for EU is heading down?
Price formed HL on H1 & H4 "although it is not signification".

2, Is my supply zone correct?

3, Is supply C safe for sell the Eur?

Thanks, Kelvin
