I would like to have that not to be considered as boasting,
but i have to post that. ALL trades are made using THV in D1
So so nice to look at it..

If i close all trades now, it would be 320 pips.
But i will manage them one by one. Lets see how much i will squeeze out
and was it better to close all now or one by one..

I know i have 5 YPN trades, that was risky, but worked. This time..

Lesson from today.

340 was the absolute Peak for the day.
After watching 1/2 of the gain vanishing, preparing for tomorrow, switching charts back and forth,
shifting SL and TP what will happen tomorrow, should i.., MA5 blah blah..i had enough,
closed all trades and happy with 150 pips.

And i also made a decision for my further D1 trading.
Instead loosing nerves and life time managing the D1 trades over days,
simply 40-60 pips + and out. And finito. No set to BE, no sell the half. etc.

Managing 5-9 open trades is stressful and more unpredictable than scalping.
One of the reasons why im switching from scalping to higher TFs, was to have less stress

Who cares if it will go another 200 pips if i have my 50 pips in my pocket.
Instead to increase the open trades time better increase the Lot size
and keep the open time short.

Still a nice day.

We need to trade on TF which give less Stress. Definitely higher TF give less Stress and give more time to plan for next trade for tomorrow.
Good Job please keep posted .

How about trailing price at a % of profits in cave manager? I'm playing around with a trailing stop that's 30% behind current price and seems to work ok'ish so far. Still toying around with it though, so many settings.

My demo account (obviously testing on demo only at this stage) looks hilarious since I started playing with Cave Manager. Will take me at least another 2 weeks to come up with decent settings.

Nice move on EURAUD this morning, but I missed it...the rest is pretty disappointing to be honest given there was quite a bit of news so far.

I lost 40% from my capital so far, win and lose but net profit is -40% and am using THV. I don't know where is the problem tbh. I follow the calender ,news feed and technical but still losing may be am doing something wrong. Am Trading EURUSD 95% btw since I tried THV on demo tested on that pair and I have 8 monthes xp on that pair. But this is my result.

Crazy busy at work...gonna apply the same strategy to the H4 charts for the rest of the week. I'm too busy to check charts every 30min-1hr, and I get annoyed at missing too many nice setups. H4 charts will allow me to stay in trades for longer.

Using cave manager as follows:

1) Initial stop loss of 15pips (might increase it to 20pips...still testing)
2) Once I get 15pips into profit my SL is set to BE. Yes, it's tight...but I rather get kicked out at BE a few times and re-enter than having large drawdowns.
3) Once I hit +60pips my stop loss will stumble behind current price at 30% of profit.
4) If slow Trix changes color and I'm happy with the gain I'm allowed to exit manually.

The only really interesting times are when price is pretty close to the Coral, so it won't take long to go through charts.

Lowering lots/trade to 0.5 until I'm comfortable.

He he, started the same yesterday. H4
Made a new test account and now trying to find the right values for me.

D1 is to slow to be traded only, so why not have a look at H4 also.

The only thing i dont like about H4 is, different brokers have different H4 candles,
but trying to ignore that

Thats exactly what im trying to persuade me at the moment. Dont like BE because i usually dont re enter trades.
If im out i move on.. Usually..

And in 3/4 of the cases you first have to see a minus to see a plus at the end,
so with be you get kicked out very often.
