Status: Analysis for system not for market
In system the loss is fixed almost 10-13 pips in case the price just reverses above and below envelops
so if you take 100 trades
80 loosers and only 20 winners then
80*13=1040 (Fixed)
20*100=2000 (on average 100 pips , sometimes more, sometimes less)
so at the end this system is in profit if works well
now there could be many more ideas that can be plugged in in order to improve
1. win loss ratio
2.better exits
3. multiple exits
4. many more
but all these ideas need to be incorporated
so please come forward, shoot ideas and make it better for every one
you may like to develop indicator or EA, all dicretionary work

if some one with coding knowledge can make an EA, although manually tested
Use Envelop indicator in MT4 oscillator section (Standard Indicator)
Buy x number of pips above the upper envelop and close buy x number of pips below the lower envelop
reverse is true for short (x number to be defined by user)
EA should open two positions everytime logic is completed
one close with above logic and other close as profit target (to be given in properties)
Trailing stop loss fuction and SL to breakeven function for both positions
fixed MM system
for every 5000 USD trade 1 micro lot, it means both positions should be of i micro lot each
for example if long position is going on then EA must keep stops of both in market all the times
and should keep moving the oppsite positions and their closing stops which will opened on close of previous.
since envelops are dynamically changing with each candle completes so stops of prent positions and entries and stops of future positions must change with them continuously, deleting the old one and creating new one.
EA should be able to use all parameters of envelop indicator
This way things can be tested out with more speed, more TFs and more pairs
