I have taken ej short off the 5min chart. There has been a significant run up and right at the monthly close there was accumulation taking place. I would like to see the same setup as shown on the 5min on the 15 min but the accumulation volume will suffice. This is a late session trade so be cautious if you enter this trade. Yen crosses can be violent movers.

Yes, actually got it working a little earlier

Starting to get used to this system.

I see Sonic isn't around much lately... not sure if anyone can answer this for him but why did he give up the Stochastics, if he did?

Stochastic oscillator is one indicator I really find useful, but in the end we just need the Dragon, Trend, PA and S & R.

Was looking at that same play, but ultimately the trend up is too strong, and if you look on the 5 min you'll see it hasn't really gone below the trend even on the 5 min. So it's a higher risk play for sure and not sure if it's technically a sonic set upon the 5 min due to being above trend, though it is under the dragon.

We're better off being more patient, so many different currency pairs and daily moves, no reason to not get the ideal set up at least 80% of the time.

EURAUD looks like it is at a resistance level on my daily chart... so your trade may have a couple things going for it right now

Now you've added paraboloic sars.....

David, trust Sonic. All those price derivative indicators (sars, stochs, rsi, macd, etc.) are just that, derivatives of price! We already use two of them: the Dragon and Trend. It is all you need, because the focus is on PA waves (how nice a form do they have, and where have they formed in relation to...) and on S&R! We also use a bit of volume because it is the ONLY technical NOT derived from price, so it is not repetitive.

Garbage up your trading with a whole bunch of price derivative technicals and you will absolutely fail at mastering the Sonic R. System. Why? Because it shows that you are looking for "things" to tell you where price is going, and you already have price on the chart. What you need are not more "things" that are based upon the price which you already have, but more grasp of price in relationship to S&R and volume.

I hope all aspiring Sonicers, and those that tout themselves to be Sonicers, will read this and heed this, and remove all that garbage from their charts! And learn to master price action via the price bars relative to S&R.

TAH, why do my pivot bars keep disappearing?
Only ones that seem to remain on the chart are the RWH RWL.

Thanks,

Edit, nevermind, had to do with chart shift.

Don't know, Frank. Seeing the same (long) on UChf. Aren't they normally supposed to move in opposition? See what could well be "stopping" volume yesterday. Nice PA wave forming around PVT. And H1 Dragon is starting to level off from coming down. UChf could be a long setup. If it goes long, what does that spell for EU? Won't EU likely go down?

You could be right. And we simply "let the dragon and PA show the way", so lets see what happens.

I think the wave encompasses too much time to be so valid. Perhaps the run up in the asian session will turn out to be the start of a new PA wave. That run up looks beaish, to me. So like you, I too see this more as progressing towards a move down than a move up.
