agree. the concept is idealistic if it can be worked out however there are complexities as you point out..........time is just one.

i trade my own acct/s for various reasons (as in not interested in trading OPMs as a general rule), one being the flexibility to come and go as i please. no doubt that is the same for probably everyone here.

i enjoy the informed discussions that shared experiences bring and this thread allows not to mention the fun and girls in the mix, and think that is an intangible difficult to find...........keep it simple kind of thinking.

Quoting 45Condor
Good morning Gentlemen,

Still awaiting a response from Dukascopy regarding a pooled account - for some reason this responsibility seems to have fallen upon me - and still considering how best we could possibly rotate trading on this 'fun' account. As with a lot of ideas in life, the practicalities are often more complicated than the notion.

For anyone interested, any ideas would be welcome, in order to make any such account a 'democratic' account

Hmm, my opinion on this instrument is that it will either follow the descending magenta TL for a while in a form of oscillation, or go north.

I cannot see how with the troubles in Europe and election in the US later this year that the Dollar will give any significant ground to the Franc for a while.

Still short on this, and targetting the 0.800 and then 0.77X regions.

I would have liked to have seen the MP and WP a little lower, and so unsure if some sort of retrace will occur before further drops.

Of course, direction will be determined tomorrow as the results from the French and Greek elections are digested...

Hi Chonchy,

I'm briefly here, and cut and paste my take on Cable that was submitted to the Cable thread earlier.

Still short EG, and now in Brussels, so a tad preoccupied. Hope all is well.

Hmm, with aversion to Euro exposure ostensibly on the cards for the immediate future, and wish to keep the Dollar down – that may be a battle for a week or two.

Just follow the Guppy profile on the 4hr and above.

The monthly is showing convergence of the Guppy profile, but I think it is fighting north, and will not see a rejection until at least the aqua EMA (60)

Last chart is the pivots… if the daily prints above the weekly tomorrow, Cable has a habit of dropping to catch stops, and then keeps on going in the direction as defined by the order of the pivots, so MP<WP<DP.

There are some hurdles to cross on the way up, but how about 1.70 for summer – upon which Brussels allow Greece to default – which I think will be good for the Euro - but only after French banks rid themselves of their remaining exposure to Greek debt. Eh, what’s that, what about the Hollande factor? Well, he is a fully paid-up member of the elite here in France, and so it remains to be seen just how socialist – in the true sense of the word – he will be. Who did I vote for? Nobody – expat and all that - but if I could, I would have voted for José Bové… he’s the farmer in the south of France that bombed a MacDonalds – probably because the croissants were burnt in some barbaric act of denigrating that most stalwart of French morning institutions– and is a member of an anti-globalization movement.

Vive la France… erm, that’s wrong, I’m British. Long live the Queen… no, that’s not it either, I left the UK for a more idyllic life in France. Ah, I know, down with capitalistic, bourgeois oppression! Hang on, that can’t be right either, otherwise I couldn’t enjoy the life that I have today; or trade, for that matter. I know, it is; if there be wine, women and song, life can happily tick along.

........agree with those charts four five..........but I detect a state of confusion in this coute.....

........down with corrupt politicians in capitalism, down with bourgeois also but not down with legal hard working capitalists, is hard to find a good one but there it is, like you left the UK for an idillic life, I left cuba, but now I don't know who is worse, Obama or castro, four years to pull the troops out of afganistan and now that is going to cost him the reeletions, is when he pull them, bastard......I realy wish Dr. Ron Paul win here, otherwise I don't think I can handle another four years of Obama care.......

......Price is stuck in 3050 since a while now, I told Tonyo las night 3047 but I never thought I was going to get stuck it there like this, I need it to hit that red ema 100 and bounce down, good luck to all here........
