This is BS article since OIL will NEVER be $20 unless heavy deflation in US which is rather unlikely. Production costs can not be put under $30. Even $30 means really poor working conditions, aging equipment and a LOT of firings. If I were a OIL company I'd rather shut down my wells than pay 10$ to whoever wants to buy a barrel from me.

This idiot "analyst" can not understand that OIL unlikely any equities can not go below a value that is the production costs + minimum functional margins for the companies that produce it.

You might still get it, don't worry, although why would you close your position there when you could have 100+pips? If the price reaches your target, you might want to set SL at BE or BE+10 and wait to see what happens. Might be a strong bullish run from that point...
