*shrugs* Just 2 little often overlooked fundamental rules of EW impulse waves Wave 3 must not be the shortest of waves 1,3 and 5. Wave 4 must not overlap the territory of Wave 1.

No, i was simply asking you high/lows on the daily chart not your wave lengths which incidently are also wrong. using your counts i'm seeing i: 1.4812 - 1.5433 621 pips ii: 1.5433 - 1.5102 331 pips iii: 1.5102 - 1.5717 615 pips iv: 1.5717 - 1.5428 ...

and quite frankly, you've completely lost me again. I know the EW definition of an impulse wave. Your clarification there was about as useful as a non sequitur to this discussion. Perhaps you'd like to draw out your wave counts on a chart. As far as ...

I'm no Eliot Wave expert but you seem to be predicting the next wave is an impulse wave ...... while the first wave is still forming? Sounds like crystal ball logic to me here...........

you know what else would be nice? a full retrace once US session get on the road We can finally see a Carney/Bernanke face off
- Eulogy replied Aug 7, 2013
thing is Carney's comments should have been taken as uber dovish and the initial reaction was to this vein. This pop however in the light of nothing else moving (or in the case of AUD & NZD where they moved in the opposite direction) is very ...

This smells of intervention. 300 up while all the other USD pairs barely moving.
- Eulogy replied Jul 5, 2013
I really don't see why any of that is relevant. Point 1 doesn't mean anything since AU is such a small economy highly dependant on its export market in the whole scheme of things. Once the big players go, so does Australia. Point 2, once again, ...

when you go calculate it, $ for $ margin requirements, a US$1 move in XAU is only about the same as a 6-7 pip move in the AUDUSD. Certainly volatile but not exactly the definition of craziness.

don't know why you reading articles? all you have to do is look at the 30 day interbank market to see what's the market expectations..... url

somehow this argument seems to be contradictory. Spending cuts? The main public cut i'm seeing is the $5.8b cut in defense. Most of the rest of this surplus is going to be taken directly from the corporate tax rate that is not going to be lowered as ...

Gonna wait and see atm what's happening for a while. my last short closed Friday night (bit early i'll admit). Looking for some possible bounce back to load more shorts in. Pressure around parity will certainly build over the next little bit. Long ...

Did you also forget that you said not too long ago that you would never short aussie?

While certainly our housing market never became as inflated as the monstrosity in the US in 06/07 it certainly isn't pretty either. Please don't tell me that you think a measly 1-3% drop in the housing market means its hit a bottom. You are sounding ...

I'd luv to quote that in the future too. Quite frankly i have no idea why you are comparing RBA rates with US/EU rate moves. We may be the first to raise rates after '08 but then again with these last 2 moves we're also the only ones to recommence ...
