Who is Tim Osman?

Larry is widely regarded by those who know more as a financial terrorist. Trout, deserves the utmost respect, however you might want to get out from behind the desk more often. Zimbabwe had the best performing equities on the planet a few years ...

See if I understand. If stops build underneath and we get a push down where those orders can be used to load up then wouldn't that continue the breakout. Wouldn't a false breakout go the other way? Hope I'm not making a simple idea complicated.

would you mind elaborating on this?

A dblhc is a bullish bar, so...odds are that weekly support is holding.

In order to anticipate results one must know the context (ppz's, trend, etc..) of the PA. All price action does is give us an entry, the rest of the chart must be read and understood at that moment in order to formulate a trade plan with any kind of ...

I have been considering this. The 'working' new rule I am considering is after a trade is up 10-15+ R, I will not give back more than 20%.

Just curious what it is you find iffy about this bar? I'm already in it, never very comfortable with bars breaking so early in the session. Just curious as it seems like your kinda trade...great area, round number and nice shape pin....is it just ...

200 pips is not that much. Seems it with a small account. With this material a trader can get a better than 50% win ratio so R/R does not matter so much. If you look at the trade with a longer term view a much bigger R/R is not out of the question ...

Not arguing with the premise, but...Apparently Bill Gates is spending a few bills trying to do just this. Pumping cool water from the depths, to the surface. HAARP can do similar things with changing the temp of air masses, affecting direction and ...

Alright Bemac I bite...can you share a few cryptic words regarding your perception and why 1.3122...should give me something to think about for awhile. Hard to do tone online. I often wonder just what in the world you are trying to say. I hear good ...

Well with all that insider knowledge...lol (PA is the ultimate inside knowledge of where price is going) and the apparent ability to provide services and forums at no cost, not to mention the value of one's time....what do ya need Jim for. Seems you ...

No, just saw the bar form as I was reading the posts concerning scpb. lol. I am looking for an opportunity to go short if it presents itself . A nice small pin bar a little higher may have done it for me though. For now I'm watching....

Risk Free....I think not

I was looking for something like that on the ej. Little too late in the day now. I took this scpb this morning.

SCPB — I love small bars.

All true, perfect perspective. I am entering my 13 month (and now free) at James16 and I have never had better teachers or a better internet community. Best $1548 I've ever spent...including 9 years of college education!

I'm in. Been at this J16 stuff for year or so now. I had enough time to play with small TF's. If I hadn't my PR would look better. Having said that, I have no reason not to continue with the lower TF's, I just might have been better waiting a ...

I with you. I entered on the 4hr beob so I have a little more BE wiggle room. I probably should have moved my stop but had some big distractions around here and was already in stress free BE mode...

Matt, The pin is not invalidate until either price breaks the high or the next bar does not break. The pin you have shown is WAY TOO SMALL relative to everything around it...and yes the best and clearest setups will retrace to the eye area. Joe
