.A Government Source revealed on Sunday, an Iraqi-US agreement to boost the balance of 10 banks in dollars
The Source told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "according to the recent meetings of the central bank with the American side, the number of banks that can boost their balance in US dollars directly is 10 banks, five of them through Citibank, and the other 5 through J.P. Morgan."
The Source added that "the number of banks whose balances will be boosted in Chinese yuan through the Singapore Development Bank will become 13 banks," explaining that "the banks that have boosted their accounts in Indian rupees with the Singapore Development Bank are two, and more banks will be added within the next two weeks".
