    The hits keep on coming for JPMorgan Chase. Shareholders filed lawsuits yesterday against the bank’s executives over the $2 billion trading loss yesterday. JPM was hit with two suits over its bad bet on corporate debt. One suit is filed against CEO Jamie Dimon, CFO Douglas Braunstein and the bank’s board members for breach of fiduciary duty, waste of corporate assets and unjust enrichment. The second lawsuit alleges securities fraud saying Dimon made “materially false and misleading statements and omissions” during the bank’s April 13 earnings call with investors. “Defendants misrepresented the losses ...
