    Britain has been left out of the EU financial crisis accord after 10 hours of negotiations in Brussels. Officials said efforts to alter the treaty governing all 27 countries had been abandoned but would continue with the 17 eurozone members and six others. David Cameron's "unacceptable" demands for exemptions over financial services blocked the chance of a full treaty, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said.     • Nice one David Cameron, its been too long since a British prime minister stood up to those arrogant euro pricks. Some things never change - Germany wants control of Europe and the French (capitulators) are just a bunch of self serving bent crooks.
