suppose the RSI bar close at current value (it doesn't matter the time), if the currency pair price goes up or down 10 pip next bar, how much will the RSI be?

Hi Metatrader, can you bulid an indicator for me? here are the specs....

This is what i would like; I want the indicator to have 3 moving averages(5 EMA, 13 EMA and 200 EMA all of the close) 5 EMA cross 13 EMA from below and candle close above 5 EMA produce a buy signal. For a sell signal, 5 EMA cross 13 EMA from above, and candle close below 5 EMA. The 200 EMA is use as support and resissant, and also trend. When price touches it from above (support)and break it gives out an alert and it doesn't stop until the next candle. SAME when it touches and break(ressistance).
